Holmesdale Angling and Conservation Society is a small and friendly Society, originally founded in the 1940`s and covers a wide range of angling interests including competition fishing with a full program throughout the Season. There is also a thriving junior section which also has its own competitions during the the year. The majority of our members are pleasure and specimen anglers with bream, carp and pike being the target species. Dogs are welcome, so long as it's kept under control at all times. All our waters are private fishing, you must be a member of the society to fish them. As they are not day ticket water's You can use bait boats , along with 4 rods on Longford Big Lake only and 12 months fishing by attending 2 work party's but no fishing on the River Medway during the close season Juniors are not allowed to fish unaccompanied on certain section's of Longford Big Lake, but not allowed to fish Chipstead Small Lake or the River Medway on their own. The only way to fish these waters a juniors must be with an adult on these waters at all times.
